Come and find the quiet centre in the crowded life we live. All are welcome!

Starting Monday, September 19th for seven weeks, we will gather in the Family Room at Port Nelson from 7-8 p.m.

Wear comfortable clothing and a mask is optional. Maybe bring something to drink. This is a beginning sitting, we will sit for 20 minutes, have a stretch break and another sit for 20minutes. There will be a time for quiet reflection before we depart.

Please come a little early so we can start promptly at 7 p.m.
