How to move through grief with greater awareness, hope and health
This grief education and support program is designed for those who are dealing with the death of a loved one. Taking a faith-based perspective, we will explore various aspects of grief, how it affects one’s emotions, behaviours, body, mind and spirit. We will look at tasks one can do and adjustments one can make to move through grief, and help find ways to reinvest in life in meaningful ways.
The program will include “When Life Changes” videos and course materials provided by Dr. Bill Webster, Centre for the Grief Journey, and Arbor Memorial
Six Tuesday evenings:
- April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12
- 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (light refreshments included)
- Cost: $30 per person
The closing date for registration is March 30th at 4 pm
Leadership by The Rev. Dr. Deborah Hart
