Gentle Exercise for Seniors and Beginners

Please join us in lower level room 4, on Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. Classes to be held weekly depending on interest shown.

Seniors from the community are welcome. Class will include mobility, balance, strength, and cardio.

Dress comfortably, no equipment needed.

Please make sure your doctor has not counseled you against exercise.

Suggested contribution: “Toonie or Tuna” for the Burlington Food Bank.
